Policy Welcome to Studhoop. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns and exchanges policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returnable Items: Necklaces, bracelets, and rings can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangable Items: Piercing jewelry, earrings, discounted products (final sale), and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Return Conditions
Returns must be made within 10 calendar days from the delivery date. The product must be in its original condition, showing no signs of wear or damage. The original packaging, including the jewelry box and pouch/case, must be intact.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible for eligible items and must be processed within 10 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition. Final Sale Items All discounted, last chance, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@studhoop.com to receive detailed return instructions. Returns refused upon delivery are not considered valid, and the order will not be eligible for a refund. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items. Customers must ensure the package is sent with a tracking number and arrives at our warehouse in perfect condition.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the form of a Gift Card equivalent to the order amount, valid for 180 days from issuance. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
Changes to Orders Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care Team within 10 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Important Notes
Returns must be received in their original condition and packaging. If the packaging is damaged or missing, a $10 charge may apply. If the return package is lost or damaged during shipping, Studhoop is not liable for any loss.
